<div data-role="header" data-theme="b" class="ui-header ui-bar-b" role="banner" style="border-width: 1px 0px; border-style: solid; border-color: rgb(69, 111, 154); border-image: initial; background: linear-gradient(rgb(111, 172, 213), rgb(73, 123, 174)) rgb(94, 135, 176); color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-weight: bold; text-shadow: rgb(62, 103, 144) 0px 1px 0px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; position: relative; zoom: 1; font-size: medium; text-align: justify;"><br></div><div data-role="content" class="ui-content" role="main" style="border-width: 0px; overflow: hidden visible; padding: 15px; text-shadow: none; line-height: 25px; background: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: medium; text-align: justify;"><p><b>অর্থনৈতিক ব্যাবস্থা<br>Economic situation<br></b></p><li><b><font color="#FF0000"><br>সূরা নং2,আয়াত নং275 الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ الرِّبَا لَا يَقُومُونَ إِلَّا كَمَا يَقُومُ الَّذِي يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطَانُ مِنَ الْمَسِّ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا الْبَيْعُ مِثْلُ الرِّبَا ۗ وَأَحَلَّ اللَّهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَا ۚ فَمَنْ جَاءَهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِ فَانْتَهَىٰ فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَ وَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ ۖ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ </font><font color="#0000FF"><br>যারা সুদ খায়, তারা কিয়ামতে দন্ডায়মান হবে, যেভাবে দন্ডায়মান হয় ঐ ব্যক্তি, যাকে শয়তান আসর করে মোহাবিষ্ট করে দেয়। তাদের এ অবস্থার কারণ এই যে, তারা বলেছেঃ ক্রয়-বিক্রয় ও তো সুদ নেয়ারই মত! অথচ আল্লা’হ তা’আলা ক্রয়-বিক্রয় বৈধ করেছেন এবং সুদ হারাম করেছেন। অতঃপর যার কাছে তার পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে উপদেশ এসেছে এবং সে বিরত হয়েছে, পূর্বে যা হয়ে গেছে, তা তার। তার ব্যাপার আল্লাহর উপর নির্ভরশীল। আর যারা পুনরায় সুদ নেয়, তারাই দোযখে যাবে। তারা সেখানে চিরকাল অবস্থান করবে। </font><font color="#186A3B"><br>Those who devour usury will not stand except as stand one whom the Evil one by his touch Hath driven to madness. That is because they say: "Trade is like usury," but Allah hath permitted trade and forbidden usury. Those who after receiving direction from their Lord, desist, shall be pardoned for the past; their case is for Allah (to judge); but those who repeat (The offence) are companions of the Fire: They will abide therein (for ever).</font></b></li><hr color="red"><li><b><font color="#FF0000"><br>সূরা নং4,আয়াত নং19 يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَرِثُوا النِّسَاءَ كَرْهًا ۖ وَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُوا بِبَعْضِ مَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍ ۚ وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ فَإِنْ كَرِهْتُمُوهُنَّ فَعَسَىٰ أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَيَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ فِيهِ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا </font><font color="#0000FF"><br>হে ঈমাণদারগণ! বলপূর্বক নারীদেরকে উত্তরাধিকারে গ্রহন করা তোমাদের জন্যে হালাল নয় এবং তাদেরকে আটক রেখো না যাতে তোমরা তাদেরকে যা প্রদান করেছ তার কিয়দংশ নিয়ে নাও; কিন্তু তারা যদি কোন প্রকাশ্য অশ্লীলতা করে! নারীদের সাথে সদ্ভাবে জীবন-যাপন কর। অতঃপর যদি তাদেরকে অপছন্দ কর, তবে হয়ত তোমরা এমন এক জিনিসকে অপছন্দ করছ, যাতে আল্লাহ, অনেক কল্যাণ রেখেছেন। </font><font color="#186A3B"><br>O ye who believe! Ye are forbidden to inherit women against their will. Nor should ye treat them with harshness, that ye may Take away part of the dower ye have given them,-except where they have been guilty of open lewdness; on the contrary live with them on a footing of kindness and equity. If ye take a dislike to them it may be that ye dislike a thing, and Allah brings about through it a great deal of good.</font></b></li><hr color="red"><li><b><font color="#FF0000"><br>সূরা নং4,আয়াত নং25 وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنْكُمْ طَوْلًا أَنْ يَنْكِحَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَمِنْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ مِنْ فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَانِكُمْ ۚ بَعْضُكُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ ۚ فَانْكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ مُحْصَنَاتٍ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلَا مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخْدَانٍ ۚ فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ الْعَنَتَ مِنْكُمْ ۚ وَأَنْ تَصْبِرُوا خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ </font><font color="#0000FF"><br>আর তোমাদের মধ্যে যে ব্যক্তি স্বাধীন মুসলমান নারীকে বিয়ে করার সামর্থ্য রাখে না, সে তোমাদের অধিকারভুক্ত মুসলিম ক্রীতদাসীদেরকে বিয়ে করবে। আল্লাহ তোমাদের ঈমান সম্পর্কে ভালোভাবে জ্ঞাত রয়েছেন। তোমরা পরস্পর এক, অতএব, তাদেরকে তাদের মালিকের অনুমতিক্রমে বিয়ে কর এবং নিয়ম অনুযায়ী তাদেরকে মোহরানা প্রদান কর এমতাবস্থায় যে, তারা বিবাহ বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ হবে-ব্যভিচারিণী কিংবা উপ-পতি গ্রহণকারিণী হবে না। অতঃপর যখন তারা বিবাহ বন্ধনে এসে যায়, তখন যদি কোন অশ্লীল কাজ করে, তবে তাদেরকে স্বাধীন নারীদের অর্ধেক শাস্তি ভোগ করতে হবে। এ ব্যবস্থা তাদের জন্যে, তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা ব্যভিচারে লিপ্ত হওয়ার ব্যাপারে ভয় করে। আর যদি সবর কর, তবে তা তোমাদের জন্যে উত্তম। আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, করুণাময়। </font><font color="#186A3B"><br>If any of you have not the means wherewith to wed free believing women, they may wed believing girls from among those whom your right hands possess: And Allah hath full knowledge about your faith. Ye are one from another: Wed them with the leave of their owners, and give them their dowers, according to what is reasonable: They should be chaste, not lustful, nor taking paramours: when they are taken in wedlock, if they fall into shame, their punishment is half that for free women. This (permission) is for those among you who fear sin; but it is better for you that ye practise self-restraint. And Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.</font></b></li><hr color="red"><li><b><font color="#FF0000"><br>সূরা নং4,আয়াত নং29 يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِنْكُمْ ۚ وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا </font><font color="#0000FF"><br>হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমরা একে অপরের সম্পদ অন্যায়ভাবে গ্রাস করো না। কেবলমাত্র তোমাদের পরস্পরের সম্মতিক্রমে যে ব্যবসা করা হয় তা বৈধ। আর তোমরা নিজেদের কাউকে হত্যা করো না। নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ তা’আলা তোমাদের প্রতি দয়ালু। </font><font color="#186A3B"><br>O ye who believe! Eat not up your property among yourselves in vanities: But let there be amongst you Traffic and trade by mutual good-will: Nor kill (or destroy) yourselves: for verily Allah hath been to you Most Merciful!</font></b></li><hr color="red"><li><b><font color="#FF0000"><br>সূরা নং4,আয়াত নং33 وَلِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مَوَالِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْأَقْرَبُونَ ۚ وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدًا </font><font color="#0000FF"><br>পিতা-মাতা এবং নিকটাত্নীয়গণ যা ত্যাগ করে যান সেসবের জন্যই আমি উত্তরাধিকারী নির্ধারণ করে দিয়েছি। আর যাদের সাথে তোমরা অঙ্গীকারাবদ্ধ হয়েছ তাদের প্রাপ্য দিয়ে দাও। আল্লাহ তা’আলা নিঃসন্দেহে সব কিছুই প্রত্যক্ষ করেন। </font><font color="#186A3B"><br>To (benefit) every one, We have appointed shares and heirs to property left by parents and relatives. To those, also, to whom your right hand was pledged, give their due portion. For truly Allah is witness to all things.</font></b></li><hr color="red"><li><b><font color="#FF0000"><br>সূরা নং4,আয়াত নং34 الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنْفَقُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ ۚ فَالصَّالِحَاتُ قَانِتَاتٌ حَافِظَاتٌ لِلْغَيْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللَّهُ ۚ وَاللَّاتِي تَخَافُونَ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَعِظُوهُنَّ وَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ وَاضْرِبُوهُنَّ ۖ فَإِنْ أَطَعْنَكُمْ فَلَا تَبْغُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ سَبِيلًا ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيًّا كَبِيرًا </font><font color="#0000FF"><br>পুরুষেরা নারীদের উপর কৃর্তত্বশীল এ জন্য যে, আল্লাহ একের উপর অন্যের বৈশিষ্ট্য দান করেছেন এবং এ জন্য যে, তারা তাদের অর্থ ব্যয় করে। সে মতে নেককার স্ত্রীলোকগণ হয় অনুগতা এবং আল্লাহ যা হেফাযতযোগ্য করে দিয়েছেন লোক চক্ষুর অন্তরালেও তার হেফাযত করে। আর যাদের মধ্যে অবাধ্যতার আশঙ্কা কর তাদের সদুপদেশ দাও, তাদের শয্যা ত্যাগ কর এবং প্রহার কর। যদি তাতে তারা বাধ্য হয়ে যায়, তবে আর তাদের জন্য অন্য কোন পথ অনুসন্ধান করো না। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সবার উপর শ্রেষ্ঠ। </font><font color="#186A3B"><br>Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means (of annoyance): For Allah is Most High, great (above you all).<br></font></b></li></div>
